The terms on which you may use zetect.in and documentation.zetect.in.

These terms govern your use of our website. They are separate from the Terms of Service, which govern a subscription to the Zetect platform. If you are a customer, those terms take precedence over these for anything relating to the product.

1. Acceptance and changes

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may change these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. We recommend checking this page from time to time.

2. Who may use this site

This site is intended for business users aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We make no representation that the material on this site is appropriate or available in every location. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with your local law.

3. Intellectual property

The site and everything on it — text, graphics, diagrams, layout, software and the Zetect name and logo — is owned by Zetect Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts, for your own internal business evaluation. You may not republish, sell, sublicense, systematically copy or use our material to build a competing or derivative offering without our written permission.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

You must not:

• use automated means — crawlers, scrapers, bots — to access the site, other than search-engine crawlers obeying our robots.txt;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or its supporting infrastructure, or attempt to breach any security or authentication measure;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by imposing an unreasonable load, or by attempting a denial-of-service;
• submit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious through the enquiry form or any other channel;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organisation;
• frame, mirror or present the site so as to suggest an association we have not agreed to;
• use the site to develop a competing product or to benchmark it for publication without our written consent.

5. Enquiries, submissions and feedback

When you send an enquiry through our contact form or by email, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it — including where it relates to your employer.

Anything you send us that is not personal data, and any feedback or suggestion about our products, is provided on a non-confidential basis. We may use it for any purpose, without obligation or compensation. Please do not send us confidential information through the website; if you need to, ask us for a mutual non-disclosure agreement first.

6. Documentation and code samples

Our documentation is published to help customers and evaluators use the product. It describes the product as at the time of writing and may change without notice.

Any code samples, configuration snippets or connector examples are provided for illustration. They are not maintained as production software, carry no warranty, and you use them at your own risk after your own testing and review.

7. Third-party links and trademarks

The site links to third-party websites, including our documentation host and the sites of technology vendors we integrate with. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on this site — including those of the platforms Zetect integrates with — remain the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify those products and to indicate interoperability. Their use does not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or certification by those owners.

8. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it, temporarily or permanently, without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, for general information about Zetect and its products. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing on this site is security, legal, regulatory or professional advice, and nothing on it forms an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment about product functionality. Our full Disclaimer sets this out in more detail.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of or inability to use this site.

This website is made available to you free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with your use of it, for all claims taken together, is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for access to the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These limits apply to the website only. Liability in connection with a subscription to the Zetect platform is governed separately by the Terms of Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts.

13. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India — the jurisdiction in which our registered office is situated — have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
