3. Compliance frameworks and certifications

We describe Zetect as helping organisations produce evidence that maps to frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR and NIST 800-53. That statement is about what the platform helps you produce. It is not a claim that:

• deploying Zetect makes your organisation compliant with any of those frameworks;
• Zetect has been certified or accredited against them by any body, unless we publish the certificate;
• an auditor or regulator will accept any particular artefact the platform generates.

Compliance depends on your controls, your processes and your evidence as a whole. Certification is granted to organisations by accredited bodies, and no software product can confer it.

4. Product descriptions and roadmap

Descriptions on this site reflect the product as we understand it at the time of publication. Features change, and availability can differ between the cloud, on-premise and hybrid deployment models, and between subscription tiers.

Anything describing future functionality, plans or intentions is a statement of current thinking, not a commitment. Do not make a purchasing decision in reliance on a feature that has not yet been released. If a specific capability matters to you, ask us to confirm it in writing.

5. Performance, benchmarks and outcomes

Where we describe outcomes — time from request to grant, reduction in standing privilege, effort saved at audit — those are illustrative of what convergence is designed to achieve. They are not guarantees, and results depend on your estate, your configuration and how you operate the platform.

No security product eliminates risk. Zetect is designed to reduce the likelihood and impact of identity-related compromise; it cannot prevent every unauthorised access attempt, and it does not remove your obligation to maintain your own security programme.

6. Screenshots, diagrams and examples

Diagrams and illustrations on this site are stylised representations of how the platform works. They are drawn for clarity and do not depict the product's interface pixel for pixel.

Any names, figures, timestamps or values shown in illustrations, screenshots or documentation are examples only. They are not real customer data, and they are not representative of the results any particular organisation should expect.

7. Third-party trademarks and integrations

Third-party product names, logos and trademarks appearing on this site — including but not limited to Microsoft, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Windows, Amazon Web Services and Linux — are the property of their respective owners.

We display them solely to identify the systems Zetect connects to and to describe interoperability. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, partnership or certification by those owners, nor any claim of ownership by us.

Where we describe an integration, we describe our own connector's capability. We do not speak for the third-party product, and its behaviour may change independently of us.

This site contains links to websites we do not control. We provide them for convenience only. We do not endorse them, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not a recommendation. Following an external link is at your own risk.

9. Documentation and code samples

Our product documentation is published to help evaluators and customers. It describes behaviour as at the time of writing, may lag the shipped product, and may describe capabilities that are not enabled in your deployment or tier.

Code samples, connector examples and configuration snippets are illustrative. They are provided without warranty and are not maintained as production software. Test and review them in a non-production environment before use, and satisfy yourself that they are appropriate for your systems.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zetect Private Limited, its directors, employees and agents accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from use of, or reliance on, material published on this site.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Liability in connection with a platform subscription is governed by the Terms of Service.
